Asolvi Acquires Beta10 to Expand Fire & Security FSM Software in Spain

Asolvi, the European leader in Field Service Management (FSM) software for the fire & security industry, acquires Beta10 to accelerate growth. Beta10 is a leading provider of FSM software for the security and alarm industry in Spain, delivering organic growth of around 30%. The acquisition will bring together functional capabilities of Asolvi's fire and security products across the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Nordics, and launch a new cloud-native, AI-enabled product in April 2026.
