Asics North America Shuffles Leadership, Names Mike Dougherty COO

Asics North America has appointed Mike Dougherty as Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Chairman and CEO Koichiro Kodama. Dougherty previously served as VP of Commercial and will oversee all business aspects. Other promotions include Cat Ayers to VP of Marketing and Kelly Fatouretchi to VP of Merchandising and Categories. The commercial organization has a new structure, with Kevin McHale leading Run Specialty, E-commerce, and Retail, and Jennifer Tarantino leading Wholesale. These changes come after the brand saw double-digit growth in the US wholesale channel in Q2 2025 compared to Q2 2024.
