CommScope, a global leader in network connectivity, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) segment to Amphenol Corporation for approximately USD $10.5 billion in cash. The sale is expected to close within the first half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of applicable regulatory approvals and the affirmative vote of the shareholders.
