Ashford Hospitality Trust has acquired PIM Highland Holding LLC from PRISA III Investments for approximately $772.8 million. The transaction was approved by the investment committee of Prudential Real Estate Investors and was fully executed on March 6, 2015. Ashford Trust now owns 100% of PIM Highland.
