ARRAY expects to update its full-year guidance to reflect the impact of APA on its third quarter earnings call.

The acquisition was advised by Jefferies LLC as the exclusive financial advisor and Kirkland & Ellis as the legal advisor to ARRAY, with Donelly Penman & Partners and Rupp, Hagans & Bohmer, LLP acting as legal advisors to APA.
