ARRAY Technologies Boosts Board with Two New Independent Directors

ARRAY Technologies has appointed Emily Cohen and Carolyne Murff to its board of directors, expanding the board to 10 members, nine of whom are independent. Cohen has over 20 years of experience in the clean energy industry and is Chief Commercial Officer of Primergy Solar. Murff has worked in the energy industry for over 30 years and is CEO of Clearlight Energy. They will serve on the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, respectively.
