The subsidiary is offering 10.5 million shares of Class A common stock at a price range of $18 to $20 per share. UBS Investment Bank, Raymond James, and Stifel are serving as lead book-running managers. The registration statement has been filed with the SEC, but the IPO price is expected to be determined after the roadshow.
