Arko Corp.'s dealerization strategy is yielding results, with store operating expenses dropping 16% in Q4 and 13% for the full fiscal year. The company has converted 409 locations, with 256 of those done in fiscal 2025, and expects to conclude the project by the end of 2026. The strategy is expected to create a cumulative annualized operating income benefit of over $20 million.
