SAP has concluded its webinar series "Architecting Your SAP BDC Journey – From Data to Intelligence," which featured eight sessions covering various aspects of data-driven organizations, data and AI, SAP Business Data Cloud, enterprise architects' guides on SAP BW modernization, and more. The series was well-received by attendees who had early access to the slides and recordings. Now, all session recordings and slides are available on demand for those who missed the live events.

The webinar series included sessions led by prominent speakers such as Paul Kurchina, Dr. Sebastian Wernicke, Helmut Grimm, Gaurish Dessai, Ralph Richter, Jason Luo, Naveen Dumpa, Michelle Wiktorsson, Qi Su, Habeebuddin Mohammad, Rithivika Acharya, Peter Schmidt, Prakash Nanduri, and Timo Elliott. The sessions covered a wide range of topics, including successful concepts for data-driven organizations, unleashing data and AI, unpacking SAP Business Data Cloud, planning transition paths, and more.

SAP's recent Q2 earnings report also reflects the company's commitment to data and AI. The adjusted EPS was €1.50, up from €1.10 a year ago, and revenue rose to €9.03 billion. Cloud revenue increased by 24%, but this was slightly below analyst expectations. SAP reaffirmed its 2025 cloud revenue guidance of €21.6 billion to €21.9 billion. Despite the strong earnings, SAP shares were down close to 2% in extended trading, but they have been up nearly 25% for the year through Tuesday's close.

The webinar series and SAP's Q2 earnings report indicate the company's ongoing efforts to transform its business and leverage data and AI to drive growth. SAP plans to broaden its RISE with SAP offering and dedicate more than 30,000 developers to enhancing AI capabilities and creating new applications to increase user productivity.
