Arbitrum [ARB] experienced a notable surge, rallying 4.88% and reclaiming its 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA), indicating a shift in short-term momentum. This rally was driven by Robinhood's announcement that it would launch tokenized stocks, ETFs, and equities for EU users using Arbitrum’s Layer 2, alongside future plans to build a custom Orbit-based chain. The market interpreted this as a significant endorsement for the Arbitrum ecosystem, contributing to the bullish sentiment surrounding ARB.

At the time of reporting, Arbitrum was trading around $0.342, marking a 4.88% gain in the past 24 hours. Despite leading the daily altcoin gainers, the trading volume dropped nearly 30%, suggesting limited participation behind the move. Experts and analysts have shown strong interest in the token, with some predicting that ARB might not revisit $0.32 again, and others targeting a long-term move toward $1. These predictions highlight the asset’s strong upside potential and the growing bullish momentum in the short term.

Technical analysis indicates that ARB has been hovering within a descending channel pattern since May 2025. With the recent price jump, the altcoin appeared to be heading toward the upper boundary of the channel. If this rally holds, ARB could stretch another 7% to retest the channel top near $0.37. Furthermore, if this momentum continues and ARB breaks out of the channel, there is a strong possibility the altcoin could see a price surge of up to 34% in the near future. Supporting this structure is the accumulation data from CoinGlass, which shows that in the last 48 hours, ARB saw $2.2 million in Exchange Outflows, including a $2.57 million daily net outflows on the 1st of July.
