Aptos Powers World Expo 2025 Wallet, Facilitates 558,000 Transactions in One Week

Within just one week of the Expo's opening on April 13th, the Aptos-based wallet facilitated over 558,000 on-chain transactions and saw the creation of more than 133,000 new accounts. This impressive user engagement underscores Aptos' capability to handle large-scale operations efficiently.

The Aptos-powered wallet is designed with mass adoption in mind, requiring no prior blockchain knowledge from users. Visitors to the Expo can easily collect unique NFT "soulbound" passport stamps as digital souvenirs from various pavilions through a simple onboarding process. Early user feedback indicates that the wallet's user-friendliness is appealing even to those new to Web3 technologies.

The integration of Aptos' technologies at the World Expo provides the company with crucial real-world validation on a global stage. The Expo features large national pavilions that attract millions of visitors, making it an ideal platform to demonstrate Aptos' capabilities.
