Apple is making changes to Apple Cash Terms and Conditions. Tap to Cash allows users to exchange Apple Cash in person by holding an iPhone or Apple Watch near another device. Identity verification will be required for transfers over $500 beginning October 4. Peer-to-peer transfer limits will also apply.

The iPhone 16 lineup will feature significant camera upgrades, including improved ultra wide cameras and new image formats. The Pro models will have a 48-megapixel ultra wide camera and support 3K video at 120 FPS with Dolby Vision. An all-new capacitive "Capture" button will be introduced.

A bug in iOS 17 causes iPhones to reset when certain characters are typed into the App Library's search field. The issue is less severe than a full system reboot but is enough to knock an iPhone back into its Lock Screen. Apple is likely to address the issue in an upcoming iOS update.

macOS Sequoia is set to launch in mid-September, around the same time as iOS 18. Key features include iPhone Mirroring, refreshed window tiling capabilities, and a dedicated Passwords app. Apple Intelligence features will be introduced in subsequent updates.

Apple's rumored foldable MacBook won't arrive until 2027 or 2028 due to technical challenges. The design has settled on an 18.8-inch display size. The device could function as a standard monitor when unfolded and as a full-size on-screen keyboard when folded.

Apple's new ads highlight Final Cut Pro 10.8 for Mac and iPad, showcasing features like Enhance Light and Color, Slo-Mo, and Final Cut Camera for multicam experiences. Final Cut Pro is priced at $300 for Mac and $49 per year or $4.99 per month for iPad.

Apple released a new firmware update for AirPods Pro 2, including head gestures for Siri control, Voice Isolation, and Personalized Spatial Audio for gaming. The firmware is currently limited to developers but will be available to all iOS 18 users after the public launch.
