Apple has seeded the seventh beta of macOS 15 Sequoia, featuring iPhone Mirroring, which lets users control their locked iPhone from a Mac. It includes new window tiling options, a Passwords app, Safari updates, and Notes improvements. Apple Intelligence features, such as Writing Tools and Image Playground, will be added later in the beta process.

The iPhone Photography Awards (IPPA) announced the 2024 winners, with many images taken using the latest iPhone 15 models. The grand prize photo was shot with an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Apple has extended the period to renew AppleCare+ after expiration from 30 to 45 days. This change applies to various regions, allowing customers to extend coverage for 24 or 36 months, monthly, or annually.

A recent survey indicates that 61.9% of iPhone users plan to upgrade to the iPhone 16, with improved thermal design and competitive pricing being key factors. Many respondents are also interested in larger displays and Apple Intelligence features.

Apple will manufacture the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max in India for the first time, initially importing the models before starting local assembly after launch.

Apple's in-house cellular modem project aims for long-term benefits rather than immediate user improvements. The first custom modem will not offer noticeable benefits initially but may evolve into a more advanced component integrated with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Apple is offering a three-month free Apple Music trial for new users, available until September 23. The offer is limited to individuals who haven't subscribed to Apple Music before.
