BofA analyst Craig Siegenthaler has raised Apollo Global's price target to $164 from $159 and maintained a Buy rating. The firm's 2025, 2026, and 2027 EPS estimates have been increased to $7.87, $9.28, and $10.50, respectively, driven by improved credit fundraising and management fees.

Apollo Global Management, Inc. (APO) saw a significant upgrade in its stock price target by Bank of America Securities analyst Craig Siegenthaler. Siegenthaler raised the price target to $164 from $159, while maintaining a Buy rating. This move follows the company's strong performance in the second quarter of 2025.

The analyst attributed the upward revision to improved credit fundraising and management fees, which have driven the firm's EPS estimates higher. The 2025, 2026, and 2027 EPS estimates were increased to $7.87, $9.28, and $10.50, respectively.

Apollo Global Management reported a quarterly revenue of $6.81 billion and a net profit of $630 million for the three months ended June 30, 2025. This marks a significant increase from the same period last year, driven by higher management fees and net investment income. The company's stock price responded positively to these results, rising 3.86% in pre-market trading.

The analyst also noted that the company's strong performance in the second quarter was driven by record fee-related earnings and assets under management. Apollo continues to capitalize on its diversified asset origination and strong market presence, particularly in credit strategies.

Additionally, Apollo's acquisition of Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc. is expected to enhance its asset management capabilities. The firm is also preparing for the integration of this acquisition, which is anticipated to expand its asset management operations.
