Another big seller! Amazon (AMZN.US) founder Jeff Bezos sold $80.8 million worth of stock

On July 11, Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN.US) founder Jeff Bezos sold 403,974 shares of the company's stock at $20.08 million, when the stock was near its all-time high, according to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The average price of the shares was $200.0282. The stock's all-time high was $200, on July 2 and 5. The stock hit a high of $200.27 on July 11 during the trading day.

The latest sale was a mere blip compared with Mr. Bezos's earlier transactions this year. On July 2, he sold 25 million shares for $4.93 billion. In February, he also sold 12 million shares for more than $2 billion.

After the latest sales, Mr. Bezos still owns more than 928 million shares of Amazon stock, which is 10 percent of the company's shares.
