Anebulo Pharmaceuticals has announced preliminary results of its voluntary self-tender offer to purchase 300,000 shares of its common stock. Based on the preliminary count, a total of 4,897,188 shares were properly tendered and not properly withdrawn, excluding 10,868 shares. The tender offer was oversubscribed, and the final results will be announced after completion of the counting and verification process.
