AmpliTech Group has released new Band 50 Open RAN radios to support large-scale 5G Fixed Wireless Access network rollouts. The radios are designed to provide wide-area 5G coverage, high spectral efficiency, and capacity for home broadband. AmpliTech's new radios are O-RAN compliant, feature high-efficiency RF front ends, and are optimized for deep coverage and strong indoor penetration. The company has received a $78M LOI and plans to start shipping production-ready radios in December 2025.
