Amphenol has completed its acquisition of CommScope's Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) business, adding fiber optic interconnect capabilities for IT datacom and communications networks markets and industrial interconnect products. The acquisition is expected to generate $4.1 billion in sales for 2026 and be $0.15 accretive to Amphenol's diluted earnings per share. The CCS business will be included in Amphenol's Communications Solutions Segment.
