A new survey by Ipsos and Redfin finds that 59% of Americans believe AI will eliminate jobs and make it harder to afford homes, while 30% think it will boost the economy and help more people afford homes. Democrats and Republicans largely agree on the negative impact of AI on housing affordability. Most Americans believe tariffs will cause inflation and keep interest rates high, while 52% think less immigration will result in fewer construction workers and higher home prices.
