The credit facility will support the expansion of material into ReElement Technologies' refining platform, enabling the company to build a resilient, U.S.-based supply chain for rare earths and other strategic materials. The agreement aligns with American Resources' strategy to respond to growing domestic demand for critical minerals used in clean energy, defense, and advanced manufacturing.
