AMCX--
AMC Networks has completed a consent solicitation to amend its 10.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2032. The amendments will allow for buybacks and acquisitions of equity interests up to $50,000,000, restrict transfers of certain trademarks, and limit investments in unrestricted subsidiaries. Approximately 99.8% of note holders consented to the amendments. The company will pay a cash consideration of $2,000,000, or $5.01 per $1,000 principal amount of notes, to note holders who validly delivered consents prior to the expiration date.
