Amber International Secures $25.5 Million for US Southeast Asia Expansion

Amber International, a prominent provider of cryptocurrency financial institution services and solutions, has successfully completed a $25.5 million private funding round. The round saw participation from several notable investors, including Mile Green, Harvest Capital, Pantera Capital, and Choco Up. This strategic financing is aimed at accelerating the company's expansion in institutional crypto services across the U.S. and Southeast Asia.

The funds raised will be allocated to several key initiatives. Firstly, the investment will strengthen Amber International's crypto reserve strategy, ensuring robust and secure reserve management. Secondly, the funds will support asset tokenization efforts, with a particular focus on stablecoins and real-world assets (RWAs). Lastly, the investment will drive the development of AI-AgentFi, an innovative financial technology that leverages artificial intelligence to enhance financial services.

The involvement of Mile Green, led by CP Group Family member Chatchaval Jiaravanon, brings significant regional expertise in Southeast Asia, a critical market for institutional crypto adoption. Pantera Capital, which previously led Amber Group's Series A funding in 2019, has transacted over $6 billion on the platform to date, demonstrating ongoing confidence and support from established crypto venture capital.

The private placement is expected to close around July 4, 2025, with shares issued under Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933. This regulatory compliance ensures that the company can access global capital while adhering to legal standards.
