Amber International Raises $25.5 Million to Boost Crypto Reserves and Web3 Strategy

Amber International has successfully raised $25.5 million in funding to advance its $100 million crypto reserve initiative and strengthen its Web3 strategy. This capital injection was secured through a private placement backed by prominent global investors, including Pantera Capital and CMAG Funds. The funding round involved the issuance of 2.44 million American Depositary Shares (ADSs), equivalent to over 12.2 million Class A ordinary shares, priced at $10.45 per ADS, reflecting a 5% discount to the company’s average trading value between June 25 and June 27, 2025.

The proceeds from this funding round will be directed towards expanding Amber’s crypto reserves, which already include significant holdings in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. The company plans to increase its allocations towards Binance Coin, Ripple, and Sui, aligning its products with high-utility blockchain ecosystems.
