Amazon (AMZN.US) announced on Thursday that it would invest over $2.1 billion in its delivery service partner program, which it said would be used for safety projects, rate cards, training, value-added services and incentives. The company said it has invested a total of $12.3 billion in its small business delivery service program over the past six years.
