Among the approved items was the decision to sell two shareholdings: Altech Industries GmbH for the Silumina Anodes project and Altech Energy Holdings GmbH for the CERENERGY project to Altech Batteries Ltd., Australia (ATC) [1]. In return, AAM will receive shares in ATC, which will hold around 21% of the company after the transaction is completed [1].
