Alpha and Omega Semiconductor has introduced its new AOZ17517QI series, a 60A eFuse designed for high-reliability server applications. The eFuse features ultra-low on-resistance of 0.65 milliohm, programmable over-current and short-circuit protection, and is available immediately at a starting price of $1.80 per unit in 1,000-unit quantities. The compact 5mm x 5mm QFN package is ideal for 12V power rails in data centers and telecom equipment.
