Almonty Industries has achieved a significant operational milestone with the first ore delivery at its Sangdong Tungsten Mine in South Korea, marking the transition from development to commercial operations. The mine is expected to anchor Almonty's "Korean Trinity" platform, combining tungsten mining, processing, and future molybdenum production. The company has also acquired the Gentung Browns Lake Tungsten Project in Montana, advancing its strategy to become a leading US integrated tungsten producer. Almonty is targeting production readiness by H2 2026, with expected output of 140,000 MTUs per year under initial design parameters.
