(NASDAQ: ALLT) (TASE: ALLT), a leading provider of innovative network intelligence and security solutions, has reported its second-quarter 2025 financial results, highlighting robust growth and improved profitability. The company reported total revenues of $24.1 million, a 9% year-over-year (YoY) increase compared to $22.2 million in the same period last year. This growth was primarily driven by a significant 73% YoY jump in Security-as-a-Service (SECaaS) Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to $25.2 million.
The company also announced an increase in its 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $98-102 million, reflecting the strong performance and growth potential of its SECaaS segment. Additionally, Allot set its SECaaS ARR growth expectations between 55% and 60% for the year.
The second-quarter results also showed improvements in operating cash flow and net cash balances. Operating cash flow generated in the quarter was $4.4 million, up from $1.2 million in the same period last year. As of June 30, 2025, the company reported $72 million in net cash and cash equivalents, an increase of $13 million compared to the end of 2024.
