Alliance Resource Partners has promoted Jesse M. Parrish to Sr. Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Alliance Coal. Parrish will oversee sales, marketing, logistics, and government relations. He will continue to report to Joseph W. Craft III. Parrish joined Alliance Coal in 2025 and previously worked in the eastern US coal industry. Tim Whelan will remain Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
