Algo Grande Launches Geophysical and Geochemical Programs to Guide Drilling in Q2 2026

Algo Grande Copper Corp. has launched a multi-faceted exploration initiative at its 100%‑owned Adelita project in Sonora, Mexico, to refine drilling targets ahead of a planned Phase II drill program in Q2 2026. The campaign includes a high-resolution LiDAR survey, a drone-based magnetic survey, and systematic soil geochemical sampling across key zones. These data will be integrated into the company’s 3D geological and machine-learning models to improve drill hole targeting and expand known mineralization.

The LiDAR survey is designed to provide detailed structural insights and identify subtle topographic features that could indicate mineralization potential. The drone magnetic survey aims to map intrusive contacts and magnetite-rich skarn bodies along a 6+ km prospective corridor, helping to identify buried mineralization and potential porphyry sources at depth. Soil sampling will further define anomalous areas for follow-up trenching and drilling, particularly around the newly identified Cerro Grande zone.

CEO Highlights Strategic Focus on Target Expansion

Enrico Gay, CEO of Algo Grande, emphasized the importance of these programs in scaling up the Adelita project. “These advanced surface and geophysical techniques are critical in a structurally controlled system like ours. The magnetic survey, in particular, will allow us to map skarn horizons along strike and test extensions beyond the existing 300-metre zone at Cerro Grande,” he stated. Gay added that the LiDAR survey will enhance the company's ability to interpret key geological structures and better define drill targets.

The results from the current programs are expected to significantly improve the accuracy of drilling in the coming months. The company aims to integrate these datasets into its advanced targeting models, which combine geological and machine-learning analyses to guide drilling efforts with greater precision.

Investor Relations and Marketing Agreements Announced

In addition to its exploration efforts, Algo Grande has announced several investor relations and marketing agreements to support its visibility and communication strategy. A 12-month agreement with Rayleigh Capital includes monthly fees and 200,000 stock options subject to TSXV approval. The company also entered into contracts with DCWL Media Ventures, Epstein Research, and Departures Capital, with a focus on content creation, media exposure, and strategic communications. These agreements aim to enhance shareholder engagement and market awareness ahead of its next phase of exploration.

Each agreement is subject to regulatory approval and operates under strict independence requirements, ensuring no conflict of interest between the companies and their partners.

Qualified Person Endorses Technical Work

Technical information in the announcement has been verified by João Rocha, EurGeol, and the company’s Vice President of Exploration, who serves as a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101. Rocha has reviewed all relevant data, including drilling logs, sampling, and quality assurance protocols, confirming the accuracy of the disclosed findings.
