Alcon Inc. has completed its $750 million share repurchase program, acquiring 9,301,877 registered shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The total buyback volume amounts to CHF 602 million (USD 750 million) and will offset the dilutive effect of registered shares vesting under Alcon's equity-based incentive plans. The company's shares will be held in treasury, representing 1.9% of the current share capital.
