Aixtron AG Revises Down Annual Revenue Forecast Following Q2 Profit Decline and Lowered Q3 Expectations

Aixtron AG's Q2 profit dropped to €11.2 million from €40.4 million YoY, with revenue decreasing by 24% to €131.8 million. The company reduced its annual revenue forecast to €620-€660 million, down from €630-€720 million, and lowered its EBIT margin projection to 22-25% from 24-26%. Additionally, a significant portion of Q2 orders will not be delivered in FY23. For Q3, Aixtron expects revenue between €150-€180 million.
