Air India Express Sees One-Third of Traffic via Air India Connections

Air India Express Managing Director Aloke Singh stated that about one-third of the airline's passengers come from connections with Air India flights, which is a significant share for a low-cost carrier. The airline currently has a one-way codeshare partnership with its parent, allowing Air India to sell seats on Air India Express flights through its own booking channels. However, the reverse is not yet possible due to technical issues.
