Scott W. Fordham, chief accounting officer at Apartment Investment and Management Company (Aimco), will resign in late April 2008. He plans to return to his hometown in Texas to pursue a new opportunity as chief accounting officer with an office REIT led by Tom August, former CEO of Prentiss Properties Trust. Tom Herzog, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Aimco, expressed gratitude for Fordham's contributions.
