"AI superstar stock" Palantir (PLTR.US) surges unsustainable? Jefferies warns: executives cash out, only target price of $28

Zhitong Finance learned that Palantir (PLTR.US) has performed very well in 2024, with a share price rise of over 250% to date, as the company has found growth momentum through its artificial intelligence products. However, the analyst at Jefferies pointed out that this multiple expansion seems unsustainable. They cited the recent stock sale by Palantir's CEO. Jefferies gave Palantir a "Underperform" rating and a target price of only $28.

$PLTR is overvalued with the CEO offloading shares, making it too expensive too quickly. Every pullback creates gaps to fill, but we're here to stay. MORNING, BULLS! Rise and shine!

AI is gold, but PLTR might be overhyped.

Jefferies sees smoke, I see fire. 🚨 250% up? That's a rocket. But cashing out execs? Not a good signal. I'm holding for now, but keeping tight stop losses. Risk management is key.
