AI Notetaker Jump rolls out integration with RightCapital
The artificial intelligence-powered notetaking platform, Jump, has announced a new integration with the financial planning application RightCapital. This integration, now live and available without additional charge to advisors who are customers of both companies, aims to enhance advisor efficiency by streamlining workflows and reducing manual input. The integration offers bidirectional features, with immediate benefits for advisors. Jump’s AI will parse meeting insights and update the RightCapital platform automatically, eliminating the need for manual entry. This includes synchronizing household data such as expenses, family records, goals, and incomes, pending advisor approval.
New capabilities are also made possible by the integration. Advisors can use Jump’s generative features to query RightCapital about any data available in the financial planning software using natural language. For instance, advisors can ask, “Who is the beneficiary of Jill’s 401(k)?” Additionally, advisors can automatically pull RightCapital client data into Jump’s Pre-Meeting Prep feature and map data from meetings into templates for RightCapital updates.
Michael Brady, president of Generosity Wealth Management and affiliated with Cambridge Investment Research, participated in the integration pilot. He noted, “JumpAI saves me time already, and with the new RightCapital integration, I’m able to save even more time by pushing information gleaned from my meeting right into a retirement update. Information captured in a phone call or meeting is immediately put to work without additional manual entry” [1].
This integration is part of a broader trend in the financial technology sector, where AI is increasingly being used to automate and streamline processes. Jump has been in the news frequently this year, announcing partnerships and funding rounds that highlight its growing influence in the industry.
