BMT will act as the on-ground commercial facilitator in Vietnam. The partnerships will enable the companies to tackle complex energy challenges and accelerate the adoption of sustainable solutions.
KUALA LUMPUR, July 2, 2025 — Nasdaq-listed Agape ATP Corporation (ATPC) has formed strategic partnerships with Global Strategic Solutions LLC (GSS) and BM Trading Services Co Ltd (BMT) to expand into large-scale energy and infrastructure projects in key emerging markets. The agreements, announced on July 9, 2025, aim to tackle complex energy challenges and accelerate the adoption of sustainable solutions [1].
ATPC, via its subsidiary ATPC Green Energy Sdn Bhd, will provide Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services and access to clean energy and petroleum infrastructure. GSS, a US-based advisory firm specializing in digitalization, infrastructure, and government engagement, will oversee project sourcing, due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border strategy alignment. BMT, a Vietnam-based company focused on cross-border trade and strategic partnerships, will act as the on-ground commercial facilitator in Vietnam, supporting deal structuring, regulatory processes, and execution across sectors such as EN590 diesel, Jet A1 fuel, hybrid energy, digitalization, and logistics [1].
The partnership agreement includes an initial exclusivity period of three years, during which both parties will collaborate exclusively on projects within the agreed territories. This exclusivity automatically renews for successive one-year periods, solidifying a long-term commitment to mutual success [1].
The strategic collaboration comes as ATPC continues to diversify its operations in the global energy sector. In February 2025, ATPC secured a landmark Jet Fuel Supply Agreement with Swiss One Oil & Gas AG, valued at approximately USD 24 billion, which will see ATPC supply 200,000 metric tonnes of EN590 10PPM diesel and 2 million barrels of Jet Fuel A1 in an initial trial phase, with potential extensions [2].
ATPC's expansion into emerging markets is part of its broader strategy to address global challenges in sustainability, health, and quality of life. The company's six core business pillars, including ATPC Green Energy, Agape Superior Living, Cedar ATPC, Senior Living, Medical Devices, and DSY Wellness, are designed to synergize efforts across various sectors to drive business growth while making a positive impact on society [3].
