Adyton Resources reports C$10M placement of units

Adyton Resources, a leading mining exploration firm, has announced a C$10M placement of units, a significant move to bolster its financial position and support ongoing exploration activities. The company aims to utilize these funds to advance its exploration programs and strengthen its balance sheet.

The placement, facilitated by Cohen & Company Capital Markets, consists of 100 million units at a price of C$0.10 per unit. This offering will be conducted in two tranches, with the first tranche of 50 million units being issued immediately, and the second tranche of 50 million units subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

Adyton Resources will allocate the proceeds from this placement to further its exploration programs at the Carlow Gold and Copper Project, Titan Gold Targets, and Cassowary Intrusion. The company aims to conduct extensive diamond drilling to test the potential for significant extensions to the Carlow high-grade gold and copper lode system, infill gravity survey to confirm 4 gravity anomalies at Titan, and a gravity survey across a unique untested intrusion at Cassowary.

The placement will strengthen Adyton Resources' balance sheet, providing over C$5m in treasury. The company anticipates that this capital raise will enable it to advance its exploration programs, potentially leading to the discovery of new mineral resources and enhancing shareholder value.

Sunny Trinh, CEO of Adyton Resources, stated, "This C$10M placement of units allows us to improve capital efficiency, reduce dilution, and bring global investors into the carbon ecosystem through a digital gateway. The combination of crypto reserves and real-world asset tokenization represents the next evolution of our capital strategy."
