Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. rose 6.13% in intraday trading, with the company announcing a partnership with Stralis Aircraft to supply its proprietary membrane electrode assembly technology for their hydrogen electric Beechcraft Bonanza aircraft. The company's Chief Technology Officer, Emory De Castro, highlighted the collaboration on next-generation high-temperature fuel cells for hydrogen electric propulsion systems. Additionally, Advent International, via its indirect subsidiary ZI Zenith S.à r.l., agreed to acquire Switzerland's U-Blox Holding in a cash offer worth 1.05 billion Swiss francs, representing a 53% premium to the undisturbed volume-weighted average share price of the last six months.
