Adamas Trust reported Q3 2025 results with net income of $32.7mln, net income per share of $0.36, and earnings available for distribution of $21.99mln. The company acquired $1.8bln of Agency investments and $525.7mln in residential loans, exited joint venture equity investments, and received $26.4mln in redemption proceeds. Adamas also completed a $115mln public offering of 9.875% Senior Notes due 2030 and two securitizations of residential loans, resulting in $619.2mln in net proceeds.
