Accenture Wins NOAA Contract to Modernize National Weather Service Forecast Operations with NWS HIVE System.

Accenture Federal Services has been selected by NOAA to modernize the National Weather Service's Advanced Weather Interactive Processing System (AWIPS) with NWS HIVE (Hydrometeorological Interactive Virtual Environment). Accenture will help modernize and operate NWS HIVE, which supports weather, water, and climate forecasts and warnings that protect lives and property. The contract supports NOAA's broader technology modernization goals and the National Weather Service's evolution towards more agile, data-driven forecasting capabilities.
