AccelerateBS India unit to acquire Beanstalk Web Solutions

AccelerateBS India Limited has completed the acquisition of Beanstalk Web Solutions LLC, a U.S.-based technology firm, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Accelerate Next Inc. The transaction, finalized on March 6, 2026, involved the purchase of a 100% stake for USD 1.5 million (approximately INR 13.84 crores) in cash tranches, with no governmental approvals required according to the transaction announcement. Beanstalk Web Solutions, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, specializes in digital transformation, web and mobile application development, cloud hosting, and data-driven marketing solutions. The company has reported stable annual revenues of INR 15–15.5 crores over the past three fiscal years.

The acquisition aligns with AccelerateBS's strategy to expand its global footprint and diversify revenue streams. By integrating Beanstalk's established U.S. client base and technical expertise, the company aims to strengthen its presence in North America and enhance consolidated earnings. Beanstalk's operations, which began in 2013, are expected to operate as a step-down subsidiary under AccelerateBS's corporate structure.

Regulatory disclosures were made under SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) regulations, with prior notifications to BSE Limited in October 2025. The transaction is not classified as a related-party deal, ensuring compliance with arm's-length principles. AccelerateBS's recent financial performance includes a 573% year-on-year surge in net profit for H1 FY2025–26, driven by operational efficiency, alongside an interim dividend declaration of ₹0.20 per share.

This acquisition follows AccelerateBS's earlier establishment of AccelerateNext Inc in Wyoming, signaling a coordinated effort to consolidate its international operations. The company's balance sheet as of September 2025 reflects total assets of ₹701.96 crore and shareholders' funds of ₹517 crore.
