- The India Fund, Inc. (IFN) paid $0.4300 per share on September 30, 2025.
- abrdn Healthcare Opportunities Fund (THQ) paid $0.1800 per share on September 30, 2025.

For abrdn Healthcare Investors (HQH), abrdn Life Sciences Investors (HQL), abrdn Australia Equity Fund, Inc. (IAF), and The India Fund, Inc. (IFN), the distributions were automatically paid in newly issued shares of the Fund unless otherwise instructed by the shareholder to be paid in cash. The reinvestment prices per share for these distributions were as follows:

- abrdn Healthcare Investors (HQH): $16.50
- abrdn Life Sciences Investors (HQL): $13.95
- abrdn Australia Equity Fund, Inc. (IAF): $4.63
- The India Fund, Inc (IFN): $15.14

Fractional shares were generally settled in cash, except for registered shareholders with book entry accounts at Computershare Investor Services who had whole and fractional shares added to their account. To have received the distributions in cash instead of shares, shareholders must have notified the Depository Trust Company or Computershare Investor Services by September 16, 2025.

The estimated sources of the current distribution paid this month and for its current fiscal year to date are as follows:

- abrdn Global Infrastructure Income Fund (ASGI): 12% net investment income, 3% net realized short-term capital gains, 34% net realized long-term capital gains, and 51% return of capital.
- abrdn Healthcare Investors (HQH): 20% net realized short-term capital gains, 80% return of capital.
- abrdn Life Sciences Investors (HQL): 59% net realized short-term capital gains, 41% return of capital.
- abrdn Australia Equity Fund, Inc. (IAF): 11% net investment income, 29% net realized long-term capital gains, 60% return of capital.
- The India Fund, Inc. (IFN): 100% return of capital.
- abrdn Healthcare Opportunities Fund (THQ): 1% net realized short-term capital gains, 99% return of capital.

The funds' average annual total return on net asset value (NAV) for the 5-year period ending August 31, 2025, was 9.97% for ASGI and 3.44% for HQH, among others. The cumulative distribution rate on NAV for the current fiscal period was 11.61% for ASGI and 13.11% for HQH.

Investors should note that the value at which a closed-end fund stock may trade on a public exchange is a function of external market factors and may not be sustainable. The funds may distribute any long-term capital gains more frequently than the limits provided in Section 19(b) under the 1940 Act and Rule 19b-1 thereunder. Net income dividends and short-term capital gain dividends may be eligible to be taxed at a lower rate not to exceed the maximum rate applicable to long-term capital gains.
