3iQ Successfully Closes Transaction with Coincheck Group N.V.

3iQ Corp has successfully closed its acquisition of Coincheck Group N.V. The transaction resulted in Coincheck indirectly acquiring 99.81% of 3iQ Digital Holdings Inc.'s shares and 99.80% of the votes attaching to those shares. The ultimate beneficial majority ownership of 3iQ remains unchanged, as Monex Group Inc. owns more than 80% of Coincheck's shares. 3iQ is a global pioneer in institutional digital asset investment solutions and a subsidiary of Coincheck Group N.V.
