JPMorgan Chase & Co. has joined forces with approximately 20 banks to provide a $20 billion debt financing for Electronic Arts Inc.'s $55 billion buyout. The consortium buying EA includes private equity firm Silver Lake Management, Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, and Affinity Partners. The banks will split the roughly $500 million in fees tied to the deal, earning a fee of about 2.25% on the loans. The financing will be sold in the leveraged loan and high-yield bond markets in early 2026.
