0G Labs has launched its Aristotle Mainnet, marking a significant milestone in the development of decentralized artificial intelligence. The network, which went live on September 21, 2025, is supported by over 100 ecosystem partners, including
, Google Cloud, Cloud, Wallet, and Binance Wallet, among others[1]. This launch represents a critical step toward 0G’s mission to democratize AI by creating a modular, infinitely scalable Layer-1 blockchain designed for verifiable AI execution. The Aristotle Mainnet unifies decentralized storage, compute, and data availability (DA) into a single infrastructure, enabling the creation of an open, AI-native economy[1].The mainnet’s deployment follows extensive benchmarks on Testnet V3 (Galileo), which demonstrated throughput and finality targets exceeding expectations, proving readiness for global AI-native applications[1]. Key technical metrics from the testnet phase include 339 million transactions, 6 million active accounts, and a peak throughput of 2,500 transactions per second[2]. The network’s architecture includes four core components: a high-performance execution chain, a GPU-powered compute network, AI-optimized storage, and scalable data availability. These layers allow developers to deploy AI models, agents, and applications with verifiable logic and cryptographic security[2].
0G Labs has secured substantial funding to support its infrastructure, including $35 million across two equity rounds and $30 million raised by the 0G Foundation through AI node and token subscription sales[1]. The 0G Foundation, an independent entity, has committed $88.88 million to accelerate decentralized AI through grants, accelerators, and research initiatives[6]. This financial backing underscores strong global demand for decentralized intelligence infrastructure, particularly as enterprises seek alternatives to centralized AI systems.
The launch ecosystem includes a broad coalition of validators, DeFi protocols, and developer platforms, with indexing, SDKs, RPCs, and security services operational from day one[1]. Partners like Ankr, Fireblocks, and Figment contribute to the network’s security and scalability, while projects like Aethir and Bagel leverage 0G’s infrastructure for AI training and data management[4]. The mainnet’s modular design allows seamless integration with existing blockchain ecosystems, fostering collaboration across DePIN, gaming, and DeFi sectors[4].
CEO Michael Heinrich emphasized the project’s vision to dismantle geopolitical and technological barriers to AI access. “Together, we are building the first AI chain with a complete modular decentralized operating system, ensuring AI is not locked away in Big Tech silos but made available as a resource for everyone,” he stated[1]. The network’s alignment nodes further reinforce this mission by ensuring AI systems operate efficiently and responsibly, distributing rewards to participants who validate processes[6].
With the Aristotle Mainnet live, 0G Labs aims to redefine AI infrastructure by prioritizing transparency, scalability, and community governance. The project’s ecosystem growth program, which includes a $8.88 million Guild initiative and technical writing competitions, targets 3,000+ Chinese-speaking developers to expand its global reach[7]. These efforts align with 0G’s broader strategy to lower entry barriers for developers and cultivate a self-sustaining, decentralized AI economy[8].
