XRP Ledger Batch Upgrade Nears Activation After Bug Fixes

The XRP Ledger's Batch V1.1 amendment, which allows up to eight transactions to be combined into one operation, is nearing activation after developers fixed 11 software issues. With 27 of 35 validator votes, it is just one vote short of the 80% activation threshold. The feature would require linked payments to complete together and has commercial projects already under contract or development.
