WeSure Acquires Altshuler Shaham Finance in $1B Deal

WeSure Global Tech is acquiring control of Altshuler Shaham Finance, a provident and pension fund manager, for NIS 1 billion. The deal will see WeSure hold 45% of Altshuler Shaham Finance, with Yair Levinstein owning 25%. The acquisition comes after significant redemptions of NIS 142 billion from the company's provident funds and NIS 20.5 billion from its pension funds. Altshuler Shaham Finance will become a subsidiary of WeSure Global Tech and a sister company of Ayalon Insurance Company.
