Rajasthan Municipal Election Results Favor BJP as Counting Continues

Rajasthan Municipal Election Result 2026: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leading in four of seven municipal corporations in Rajasthan, while the Congress is ahead in three. Early results show the BJP with 81 councillor seats, the Congress with 46, and independents with 28. The elections cover 309 urban local bodies and 10,245 councillor seats across Rajasthan. The BJP had already gained an advantage from uncontested seats, with 44 of its candidates elected unopposed before polling.
