Polibeli Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: PLBL) has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AUTHAIKAM COMPANY LIMITED to evaluate a potential artificial intelligence (AI) computing center project in Thailand. Under the terms of the agreement, the project may involve a planned power capacity of up to approximately 100 MW, with initial phase ranging between 2 MW and 5 MW. The collaboration includes preliminary evaluation activities such as site visits, land and power assessments, and due diligence to determine the project’s feasibility.
The MOU is non-binding, with the exception of standard provisions such as confidentiality and compliance. The project remains in an early evaluation stage, and no decisions have been made regarding capital investment or development. Any future steps will depend on satisfactory due diligence, technical and commercial feasibility, internal approvals, and financing arrangements.
Polibeli, a global digital supply chain solutions provider, is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, and serves small and medium-sized enterprises across multiple regions. The company went public in August 2025 through a SPAC merger and is listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker PLBL.
